Oliver is 7 Months!

Wow! I can't believe how much faster the time has gone with Oliver these last few months. He is such a joy to our family and so different from Elizabeth already. One thing that they both love though is to be outside.

We played on a blanket yesterday and when I brought him inside he cried. He was happy to just be outside playing.

Yep, he's sitting up now! Can't believe it.

Happy as always.

About to roll into me.
About Oliver:
-He is rolling EVERYWHERE and fast. He can get from one end of the room to the other in no time. I was making dinner last Sunday and looked up and he was at the top of the stairs. Needless to say the gate is up at our house.
-He is happy almost all of the time. Everywhere we go we are told how happy he is.
-He loves to eat. All. The. Time. If I would feed him constantly, he would eat it. Nursing or real food, he will eat it as fast as I can get it into him. So far he has had avocado, banana, carrots, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, strawberries (yeah I know, he isn't supposed to have these yet) pears, peaches, rice cereal, apples, apricots, and cantaloupe.
-He still loves Elizabeth. He cant seem to get enough of her and just smiles huge whenever she walks in the room.
-Oliver loves hair. He tries to stroke it but mostly just grabs and pulls it out.
-He has started to snuggle me every once in a while.
-Oliver is sleeping between 9 and 11 hours every night. He is waking up some because he is in a crib now and hits his head or loses his binky but not all the time. He goes to bed between 6:30 and 7pm but begs to go to bed at 5pm and then wakes up between 5am and 6am.
-Oliver is sitting up. He is still a little wobbly but you can tell he is enjoying being able to see the world from a different place.
We are so happy he is in our family!

Easter 2013

This was the first Easter in 6 years that we haven't been with my family. In fact it was the first Easter in my entire life that I haven't been with my family in Idaho. My grandparents have always done a big Easter egg hunt but since we had been out 2 times before Easter for other things we decided not to go home this year.

Being here didn't stop us from doing a little Easter Egg hunt for Elizabeth.
Her first egg!

Looking and Looking

Hanging out

Our good friend Lorrie Myrick has stepped in and become the kids' pseudo gramma since their grandparents life so far away. She bought all of us clothes for Easter, the kids, me and Bryan, and then dropped of an Easter basket with all kinds of goodies for all of us. She is such a great friend and has made it easier to be away from family.
Oliver's Easter outfit. minus shoes because he grew out of them.

How CUTE is this!

The Whole Family
I am so thankful for my Savior, the sacrifice that he made for me and that HE LIVES! What a blessing to know that because he lives I can live again. This knowledge was especially comforting this year after losing my grandpa to cancer. I know that I will see him again someday and that gives the greatest comfort.
