Walking

Today I was going to post the cute videos we got last night of Elizabeth walking. Then I remembered I let her play with the camera and she deleted every last one. The only one left is the one of her throwing herself on the floor in a tantrum because she doesn't want to walk. Or the one she took after she deleted all of the walking ones. So for now, you will just have to believe that she really is walking (maybe toddling is a more appropriate word since it's like she is walking around on a teter toter, one leg on each sit of the hump) and hopefully I will get some video sometime soon.

Rocking Chair

Dear Grandpa,

Thanks for the rocking chair.  I really enjoy sitting in it and also putting my baby dolls in it.

Ode to the Big Red Ball

*sniff *sniff
oh big red ball dad found one day in walmart
we will miss you so, we had such good times
you and I
I just wish the wind had not blown....

Despite having a completely fenced in yard, the big red ball blew away, right over the fence to never be seen again.

Reading in the car

Its great when instead of crying E starts to read to herself while we drive to or from Utah.

Slide Time

Thats right, all day every day is slide time now that E and I found this sweet little tikes play set on craigslist.  E loves it.  She wants to slide all day everyday and after 2 days of indoor sliding my body aches from helping her get on the side (she isn't quite comfortable on her feet yet).  See some video below.  I think i fixed the previous posts videos also.

Oh yeah

I almost forgot to post this other dress I made for the Easter trip..........

Can you read what it says?

She saying that it's gonna be her.
Yep, we are doing it all over again, the new baby will arrive on or around September 24th! That makes me 16 weeks, which means, pretty soon we will know what we are having. Any bets? I gave up guessing last time after I could have sworn it was a boy and....well.....we all know how that turned out.

Thanks Janelle for the shirt. It turned out perfect, my brother carried her around when we got to my gramma's house and held her up in front of everyone's face to make sure they read it. It was pretty funny.

Easter in Idaho/Utah

Can you tell I haven't blogged in forever and I feel like I need to catch up? Well here I go.
Our nephew Tyler was getting baptized this weekend and it happened to be Easter weekend so Bryan and I decided to make the trip to Utah/Idaho to celebrate both. Here are a few pictures from our trip.

Amy stopped by to say hi on her way home from the temple. Elizabeth liked her right away.

I made Elizabeth an Easter dress, but because she woke up at 3am on Easter and never went back to sleep, Bryan may have brought her home from church early. That meant I didn't get to take Easter pictures, but I will take some soon. Here is what Bryan caught that day.

One of Elizabeth's favorite things to do, no matter where we are is look out the window.

The best shots of her dress, though not the best shots of her.

After church everyone gathered at my Gramma's house for the HUGE, really though over 300 eggs hidden this year, Easter Egg Hunt. Elizabeth is no dummy and knew if she stuck with Uncle Caleb she would kick everyone's butt.

It didn't take her long to figure out what these egg things are all about.

She also helped GG with some gardening......or just tilled the dirt in the flower bed for her.
After Easter we headed down to Bountiful to catch some time with Bryan's family. We slept in a little on Monday so we could hang out with his mom and my sister and niece came down to see us too.

Bryan's dad made us a baby rocking chair before we ever even thought of having kids so since we didn't have a very full car this trip we picked it up while we were there. Elizabeth immediately fell in love.

Conference Weekend and Taylor's Visit

Elizabeth "helped" me clean out the fridge. Here she is hugging the bottle of ketchup.

The weather was beautiful and I was wishing for a kiddie pool. But who needs a kiddie pool when you have a baby bathtub.

I didn't take her diaper off before we put her in...probably should have done that since it totally exploded.

We mostly listened to conference outside because the weather was so beautiful.
Bryan's brother Taylor came for his spring break and when we asked him what he wanted to do, he said, "Sleep" so mostly that's what he did, though he and Bryan did a few fun things at night when E as asleep. He did get to spend lots of time with E thought and she would even say his name by the time he left.

This is my neighbor/friends little boy that I watch twice a week. He is such a cutie and really easy to watch.

Gramma came

My mom came a couple weeks ago and played with me an Elizabeth. These pictures basically describe alot of what they did together.
