Thankful

Because I wrote about that awful day I was having a few weeks ago, I had to write about my blessing of a day I am having today.
I woke up early today to work on some sewing projects I need to get done. I turned on the baby monitor downstairs so I would hear when Elizabeth started to wake up. Now because I don't sleep with a baby monitor I only hear Elizabeth with she cries in the morning. But lucky for me this morning I got to hear her jabbering to herself and bouncing in her crib and talking long before she ever started crying. It was one of my favorite moments so far.
Elizabeth is now at a point where at 10:30-10:45 she knows it is naptime and that she gets her binky and blanket. When you ask her if she wants a nap she giggles and says "Na na na na". She did that today and I thought I would rock her for just a second. Within 2 minutes she was totally asleep in my arms, which is a simple and silly joy, but one I had to record. I know that these moments are fleeting and I want to be grateful for each of them that I get.
Additionally, I have two sleeping babies at my house right now and that is pretty awesome all by itself.
